Call Center is a deployment of the Order module tailored for customer service line operators. During a call, the operator immediately finds an order by number, name, or municipality, opens it, and always sees the latest status – the module automatically downloads current data from the e-shop when opened, so there is no risk of working with outdated information.

Operators can modify items, billing and delivery addresses, and notes, verify customers, change order statuses, and send customers emails or SMS messages. An invoice or advance payment note can also be issued. All changes are reflected back into the e-shop and POHODA.
