Invoice Statistics

The Invoice Statistics module transforms invoices issued from POHODA into clear management indicators. Immediately upon opening you see data for the last six months and you can narrow or extend the period with just a few clicks.

Right at the start you get a comparison of money in the account versus cash on delivery to be sent to the carrier, so you have an overview of real cash flow. You will also see the net revenue of goods without transport and VAT, breakdown by country and provided discounts, which the module will alert you to if they start to eat too much of your revenue.

• Summary cards, monthly trends and clear pie charts of carriers and payments.
• Evaluation of transport revenues and costs including margin.
• Export to Excel and drill-down to the details of a specific order.

You will gain a quick and clear overview of how much you earn, where money is leaking away in discounts and which payments are still awaiting processing.
