Carrier Statistics

The Carrier Statistics module gives you full control over your transportation costs from carriers. Just upload statements and invoices in Excel, CSV or PDF format – the module will recognize the file itself, process and save it, while monitoring that you don't bill the same statement twice.

You then see the costs clearly in a month by carrier matrix, with a breakdown of individual fees and the ability to drill down to the details of specific invoices. For PDF invoices, the module additionally compares their totals with the carrier's shipment details and alerts you to discrepancies.

The key advantage is retroactive data completion in POHODA. Based on the order number, the module will add COD, delivery date and shipping costs to the documents. Repeated execution is safe and won't break anything. This way you get a true picture of your transportation costs and more complete data directly in your accounting.
