The Bank module is a clear web view of incoming payments and bank transactions. For each transaction, you see the date, amount, currency, counterparty account, and payment symbols, all in a fast table with instant search.
The module solves two everyday accounting concerns. The first is clarity – you can easily filter payments by variable symbol, by name or message (regardless of diacritical marks), and by amount range, and with one click switch the period from the last week to the entire year.
The second is adding and correcting the variable symbol. If a payment arrives without a VS or with an incorrect VS, which is common with international payments and payments from individuals, you can easily add it directly from the transaction details. This significantly simplifies the later matching of the payment with the correct invoice.
The result is faster and more reliable work with incoming payments and fewer unaccounted payments.
